Withdrawal Policy

The Consumer (BUYER) has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days without providing any reason and without incurring any penalty.

The withdrawal period shall commence as of: the date the contract is concluded, in contracts related to the provision of services; the date on which the Consumer or a third party designated by the Consumer takes delivery of the goods, in contracts related to the delivery of goods.

The Consumer may also exercise the right of withdrawal during the period between the conclusion of the contract and the delivery of the goods. In determining the withdrawal period: for goods ordered under a single order but delivered separately, the date on which the Consumer or a third party designated by the Consumer takes delivery of the last item; for goods consisting of multiple parts, the date on which the Consumer or a third party designated by the Consumer takes delivery of the last part; for contracts involving the regular delivery of goods over a defined period, the date on which the Consumer or a third party designated by the Consumer takes delivery of the first item shall be taken as the basis.

The withdrawal notice must be submitted before the expiration of the withdrawal period via the Return & Refund option available in the Consumer’s personal membership account on suitsartoria.com. Returns made under the right of withdrawal shall be carried out in accordance with the return instructions provided in the membership account. Detailed information regarding the return and refund process can be accessed through the Return & Refund section available in the personal membership account.

Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to wholesale sales, bulk purchases, or made-to-order / custom production orders unless otherwise agreed in writing.
