Returns & Cancellations

In order for the Buyer to submit a return request for a purchased product, the product must be unused and undamaged. In cases where the product has been tried on or used, it must not be damaged in any way. If the purchased product is returned in a washed, used, or damaged condition, the return will not be accepted by the company, the product will be sent back to the Buyer, and no refund will be issued.

To complete a return, the Buyer must send the product together with its original invoice. All accessories of the purchased product must be complete. The product must be returned in its original box. Otherwise, the return request will not be processed, and the product will be sent back to the Buyer.

In cases where the Buyer wishes to exchange a purchased product, the product must be completely unused and undamaged. It must be sent to the company in full, together with its original box and invoice. Exchanges that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted by the company.

Return procedures can be initiated via our website. The Buyer must specify the reason for the return and the quantity of the product to be returned. If more than one product was purchased, the specific product(s) to be returned must be clearly indicated. The Buyer may select the shipping method for the return via the relevant section of the website.

After submitting a return request, the Buyer must save the return code displayed on the screen. The product to be returned must be sent to the company within seven (7) days together with this return code. In cases where this period is exceeded, a new return code must be requested.

If more than one product is to be returned at the same time, all products must be sent to the company in a single package. The invoice(s) of the product(s) to be returned must be included with the shipment. Products sent without an invoice will not be processed and will be returned to the Buyer.

The shipping cost for returned products shall be borne by the Buyer. In cases where the purchased product was shipped under a “free shipping” campaign, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Purchased products are shipped after being inspected by the company. If a defect is found in the products sent by the company, the Buyer has the right to return the product and request a refund.

Shipping options may vary depending on the purchased product. The product to be returned must be sent to the company with its packaging, invoice, and original box, with the shipping cost paid by the Buyer.
